Mountwood Surgery is hosting a MyHealth Managing Menopause workshop on Wednesday 21st Jan between 1 and 3pm.

The workshop is delivered by a health professional who will answer any questions you have regarding Menopause.

Attending the workshop will give you the information and understanding to better manage your menopause symptoms.

The session will cover symptoms, HRT and natural remedies.

The session will last 2 hours and take place in a group setting.
