Alzheimer's Society is a national charity that provides a community Dementia Adviser service which offers support to those living with dementia at any point during their dementia journey.

A person will usually be referred by the memory clinic once a diagnosis has been made. Living with dementia can be overwhelming, Alzheimer’s Society are here to help.

We will be coming along to offer information about understanding dementia, coping strategies, support available in the community and a Q&A to answer questions specific to your situation.

This event is on 17th April 2024, from 10am to 12 noon.
