Workshop for type 2 diabetes -3rd July.
Mountwood Surgery is hosting a workshop for our patients with type 2 diabetes, on 3rd July at 1-3pm.
This workshop is delivered by a health professional who will answer any questions you have regarding your type 2 diabetes.
Attending this workshop will give you the information and understanding to better manage your diabetes. This includes discussing lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise.
This session will last 2 hours and take place in a group setting. If you are interested in attending please call our Reception and book your place
