Professor Ian Goodman (male)
MA MB BChir (Cambridge 1982) MRCS LRCP FRCGP DCH DRCOG DGM FPCert
Qualified in Medicine from Cambridge University 1982
Following training Professor Goodman became a GP Principal in Northwood Middlesex and has been a partner in this practice since 1986. He was an accredited GP trainer for 27 years. His clinical interests are the use of digital innovations in General Practice, effective management of practices, Internal medicine, care of the elderly and pediatrics.
Currently the lead GP and GP representative for NHS Hillingdon on NW London Clinical Commissioning Group Governing Body.
Before that he was the Chair of Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group from 2012-2020
He is Professor of Primary care strategy at Brunel medical school.
He holds several other leadership roles in the NW London health sector.
Dr Sabby Kant (male)
MB BS (London 1986) MRCGP DRCOG DCH DGM FPCert
Dr Kant has been a partner since 1991. He is an established GP trainer and NWL appraiser as well as the Clinical Lead for Education and Training for Hillingdon Primary Care. His other special interests includes cardiology, dermatology, minor surgery, change management, team development and clinical governance. He is the practice representative for North Connect PCN and is also involved in PCN related projects. Over the years he has been instrumental in the practice team receiving awards including Diabetes Doctor of the year and the NHS Alliance Cardiology QOF award.
Dr Liz Hermaszewska (female)
MB ChB (Bristol 1986) MRCGP DFSRH
Dr Hermaszewska has been a partner of the practice since 1992. She has a special interest in the care of patients with asthma and chronic pulmonary disease, and those with learning disability. She also has an interest in women's health, menopause care, and provides a coil fitting and contraceptive implant service. She works with the Patient Participation Group to facilitate communication between the Practice and the patients.
Dr Susan Pugh (female)
BSc MB BS (London 1991) MRCGP DCH DRCOG FPCert
Dr Pugh has been a partner since 1996. She has a BSc in psychology and an interest in mental health and dementia care. She also has interests in rheumatology and musculoskeletal disease. She is passionate about cost effective and safe prescribing and is a clinical supervisor for pharmacists on the CPPE pathway.” Dr Pugh is the Practice lead for Safeguarding and Supporting vulnerable patients. Dr Pugh is also the HR lead for the Practice.
Dr Kiruthika Selvam (female)
MRCGP DRSRH LoC SDI
Dr Selvam became a partner in 2016. Dr Selvam has an interest in the future of General Practice and is an accredited GP trainer for the Northwick Park scheme. She is diabetic lead for the practice and has an interest in womens’ health and provides a coil and contraceptive implant service. Dr Selvam has an interest in new initiatives in Information technology.
