Mountwood is adding to the ways it communicates with patients. Sending a single text to all our patients would cost the surgery around £1000. However, sending an email to all patients costs nothing, so it makes sense to use emails for some communications rather than texts.
Therefore, we are now sending some of our information by email when we can, to reduce the running costs.
An example of this is an invite for an annual health review, shown below:
To ensure that we are able to contact you, it is vital that we have up-to-date contact information for you so please can you let us know whenever you change your email address or telephone number.
