The Mountwood Surgery has a drop in "Health Information Station" for the benefit of all its patients. It is situated next to the surgery reception and is open most Wednesdays between 9.30 and 11.30am - no appointment necessary.
A team of volunteer Health Information Advisors are on hand to guide you through finding information on health related issues from books, leaflets, DVD/CDs and the Internet (assistance available).
There is a library of health books for loan as well as relaxation CDs and pilates videos.
